The center's principal goals are to connect with local homeless, runaway, and street youth, to establish trust with the youth over time through relationships, to determine youths' needs, and to provide services to meet the self-identified needs of over 500 youth per year, helping them to leave the streets and to reduce sexual exploitation and abuse.
This division is distinguished by having hair that grows only above the corner of the mouth.
Facial hair along the jaw line that does not connect from ear to ear.
Facial hair will include moustache and beard connecting from ear to ear.

–Full Beard, Styled Moustache
Anything goes. Whatever you can create to look like a beard or moustache and manage to keep on your face will be accepted.
